Showcase Sunday (121)

Hello, everyone! Little to no blog activity for the week… I caught my first cold in I don’t know how long and it was a rough one. I was sick all week long and after last nights 12 hour sleep-a-thon I’m only just now starting to feel slightly normal again. Still haven’t quite mastered breathing through my nose yet but I have high hopes that’ll be happening soon. Because of said cold, I got no reviews written and hardly any reading done. I started a new book yesterday though, Swerve, one of my new ones and WHOA. Talk about one insane thrill-ride. I couldn’t put it down.

Been really trying to get back on track with my review books because the pile is slowly growing and I’m not finishing them fast enough. I’m currently at 46 review books. 21 of which are from Netgalley, 17 from Edelweiss, and the rest physical. I set a new goal for myself for the remainder of the year: be below 20 review books by the end of the year. I always set my goal to clear my pile but that has yet to happen. If I really push myself, I’d like to get it down to single digits at least. I figured that’s doable especially when you consider the ones that will still be coming in… we’ll see how it goes.

  1. I LOVE THE QUEEN OF THE TEARLING! I honestly am so pumped to read book 2. And haha, I’m so on the same page with my review pile. I’ve got basically a bajillion books for review that I haven’t gotten to yet. This summer hopefully will be a chance to fix that 😛 Happy reading! 😀
