Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish
Show of hands, who had a bajillion books on their TBR that were just added ‘recently’? I can’t be the only one. hahaha
Dani Noir/Fade Out by Nova Ren Suma {Purchase}
I read Imaginary Girls last year and loved it. I just recently read The Walls Around Us and adored it. Figured I might as well add her last published novel to the list!
Fall for Anything by Courtney Summers {Purchase}
I was a total black sheep with This Is Not a Test but I recently picked up All the Rage and completely blew me away. Figured I should try her contemporary stories since it totally seems to be my thing.
How to Lead a Life of Crime by Kirsten Miller {Purchase}
I haven’t read anything by this author before but I love when YA books push the envelope and this one sounds far more violent than any YA I’ve read yet.
The Oversight (Oversight Trilogy #1) by Charlie Fletcher {Purchase}
This one received a lot of love last year but for some reason I passed it over. Clearly it was an oversight on my part. 🙂
The Chess Garden by Brooks Hansen {Purchase}
So, recently I discovered that much like the Rory Gilmore Reading Challenge there is also a Daria Reading Challenge. This was one of the interesting sounding ones on that list that I had never even heard of before.
Suicide Notes from Beautiful Girls by Lynn Weingarten
…because I saw it pop up on Bonnie’s TBR and I had to have it, too! Such a copycat.
Sailing the Forest: Selected Poems by Robin Robertson
…because my momma and NPR told me to check it out.
Jasper Jones by Craig Silvey
…because Buzzfeed told me to and they have far too much a pull on my reading habits.
Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher
…same article as above – the brief synopsis had me completely enthralled.
Departure by A.G. Riddle
…because the Atlantis/Origin Mystery series rocked so hard!
You must read Thirteen Reasons Why! It’s very good 🙂
My Top 10 🙂

I love Buzzfeed’s recommendations, too. Thanks for your list.
I went off in a different direction: Great Books that Independent Booksellers Recommend.
I bought a copy of Jasper Jones a couple of years ago, because I had heard wonderful things about it. Still haven’t read it though! And I’m dying to read The Oversight too. Hope you get to read them all!

I haven’t heard of any of these, other than the one I’ve read (Thirteen REasons Why — so good!). I’ll need to check some of these out!

I’m looking forward to reading Thirteen Reasons Why too! 🙂

Thirteen Reasons Why was a pretty good read. I felt more sorry for the guy left behind than the girl who died though. I hope you enjoy it!
I read Jasper Jones on Jan 1 this year… it is a great book and buzzfeed is right to influence you in such ways!!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Happy reading x

Nice list! I liked THIS IS NOT A TEST — it was different. I haven’t read anything else by Summers, but I should.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
