Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish
2018 is just around the corner and today I rounded up my top ten titles I’m most excited for.
Walk in the Fire (Judah Cannon #2) by Steph Post | Expected publication: January 16th 2018 by Polis Books
I just finished Lightwood and really, really enjoyed it. Looking forward to this follow-up.
High Voltage (Fever #10) by Karen Marie Moning | Expected publication: March 6th 2018 by Delacorte Press
This series just keeps going and going. I can’t stop.
Barbed Wire Heart by Tess Sharpe | Expected publication: March 6th 2018 by Grand Central Publishing
I can’t explain my love for books set in the backwoods involving drug empires and gun running. It is what it is.
Only Human (Themis Files #3) by Sylvain Neuvel | Expected publication: May 1st 2018 by Del Rey Books
These audiobooks are so beyond amazing and I can’t wait to see how Neuvel closes out this trilogy.
Magic Triumphs (Kate Daniels #10) by Ilona Andrews | Expected publication: May 8th 2018 by Ace
THE LAST ONE, GUYS. *sniffle*
Give Me Your Hand by Megan Abbott | Expected publication: July 17th 2018 by Little, Brown and Company
I still haven’t read Abbott’s 2017 release but I’m always excited for anything new from her.
The Line That Held Us by David Joy | Expected publication: August 14th 2018 by G.P. Putnam’s Sons
Joy is quickly becoming another
Missing Person by Sarah Lotz | Expected publication: November 1st 2018 by Mulholland Books
“…about a group of amateur detectives infiltrated by the sadistic killer whose case they’re investigating.” I couldn’t add to my TBR fast enough.
Untitled (Throne of Glass #7) by Sarah J. Maas | Expected publication: September 4th 2018 by Bloomsbury U.S.A. Children’s Books
ANOTHER LAST IN A SERIES.
Untitled (Charley Davidson #13) by Darynda Jones | Expected publication: October 30th 2018 by St. Martin’s Press
ANOTHER SERIES END?? Four favorites, coming to an end. I might cry.
Missing Person sounds awesome and on the wishlist it goes! Man, too many books….yadda yadda yadda!

I think Barbed Wire Heart is calling to me for some reason. It sounds so interesting and not like a lot of other things I’ve read. I am sure I would be anxious to read the new Karen Marie Moning book if I was current and had read the last two 🙂

Barbed Wire Heart has been crazy calling me even though I’m leery of the fact the author is typically a YA author. Usually, that is enough to steer me away. lol

SO excited for Only Human! I loved the first two books so much. Ya know, I tried the 1st Charley Davidson book and could not get into it at all, but I keep seeing people whose book tastes I trust talk about how much they love the series. What am I missing??

I’m so excited for Only Human. I check Audible just about daily so I can get my pre-order in. lol
I’m not sure but you know, you’re not the first that didn’t like the humor. I know that her sarcastic and often annoying nature is better appreciated when you’re just in the right mood so maybe that’s it?

So many great series are coming to an end this year! I really don’t know how I’m going to fill the void. *cries forever*
I’ve not heard anything about Barbed Wire Heart before now, but I’m certainly intrigued. I’ll be keeping an eye out for your review!

Seriously, I didn’t realize how many are ending until I wrote up this post and I’m still pretty upset about it all. lol I could say, finishing some series can allow me to start some new ones but I’m simply not that optimistic. lol
