Today’s post features one of my favorite Middle Grade series ever. Today’s post also happens to be my longest post title to date. ๐Ÿ™‚ย
Another fabulous sounding story, another eye-catching cover, and a title with many, many words, today I feature:

Expected publication: October 8th 2013 by Feiwel & Friends

โ€œOne of the most extraordinary works of fantasy, fo radults or children, published so far this century.โ€โ€”TIME Magazine, on the Fairyland series

September misses Fairyland and her friends Ell, the Wyverary, and the boy Saturday. She longs to leave the routines of home, and embark on a new adventure. Little does she know that this time, she will be spirited away to the moon, reunited with her friends, and find herself faced with saving Fairyland from a moon-Yeti with great and mysterious powers.

Here is another rich, beautifully told, wisely humorous, and passionately [layered] book from New York Times-bestselling author, Catherynne M. Valente.

Cat Valente is an amazing author and I eagerly await the next installment, always. ๐Ÿ™‚

I am really starting to hunt down great middle grade titles these days as my kids are getting close to that age level. I remember vaguely seeing this series last year and I know you have great taste Bonnie!

I’m not the biggest fan of middle grade books, but I’ve heard such great things about this series, I will have to check it out sometime!

I still have to read book two, but I absolutely adored book one and I love these covers to death. It’s an awesome series.
