Series Catch-Up Challenge is hosted by Emilie’s Book World and Lost at Midnight Reviews and is the perfect challenge for those of you looking to catch up on all those series reads! Click the blog links to sign up now!

The Details
  • Runs from January 1, 2013 – December 31, 2013
  • Goal is to catch up on as many series as possible 
  • Two ways to meet your goal: number of books you’ve read to catch up series/number of series you’ve caught up on.
  • On the first of each month there will be a post here and at Lost at Midnight Reviews so you can link up your reviews. For every review you link, you get one entry into a monthly giveaway.
  • There will be a big giveaway at the end of the year.

Considering that series reads have become the norm, I’m quite overwhelmed at the amount of series reads that I have started but haven’t caught-up on or finished. I could easily go through my shelf and count a few dozen. So? I’ve decided to sign up for this challenge in hopes of not only getting caught up on my favorite series but to also get some of my owned books read that are gathering dust on my shelves. 

I’m listing a WHOLE bunch so that I have plenty to choose from and I don’t feel like I’m limiting myself (which usually ends up with me abandoning challenges). Also, this will help me realize the magnitude of the situation and how far I’ve allowed my series reads to get out of hand. hahaha This post, is my reality check.
