Oh books. You can never have too many… although my bowing bookshelves clearly tell a different story.
One of the types of books I most love owning are anthologies and short story collections. I like to be able to take my time and savor them, flip through and skip around and I’ve never been able to read them in their entirety. Here are a few I’d love to own:
Wastelands: Stories of the Apocalypse by John Joseph Adams
Rags & Bones: New Twists on Timeless Tales by Melissa Marr
Dangerous Women by George R.R. Martin
The Stories of Vladimir Nabokov by Vladimir Nabokov
I Hate to See That Evening Sun Go Down: Collected Stories by William Gay
And these are just a few others I wouldn’t mind owning… just a few.
I’m sorry. I couldn’t make up my mind.
House of Sand and Secrets (Hobverse #2) by Cat Hellisen
The Color of Light by Helen Maryles Shankman
Lost Everything by Brian Francis Slattery
The Dark Corner: A Novel by Mark Powell
The Child Thief by Brom
