Hi everybody! Thanks for stopping by. Today’s post is ‘Waiting on Wednesday’ which is a weekly blog feature hosted by Jill over at Breaking the Spine which spotlights upcoming releases that we’re super excited about.
Inferno (Robert Langdon #4)by Dan BrownExpected publication: May 14th 2013 by Knopf DoubledayIn his international blockbusters The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons, and The Lost Symbol, Dan Brown masterfully fused history, art, codes, and symbols. In this riveting new thriller, Brown returns to his element and has crafted his highest-stakes novel to date.In the heart of Italy, Harvard professor of symbology Robert Langdon is drawn into a harrowing world centered on one of history’s most enduring and mysterious literary masterpieces . . . Dante’s Inferno.Against this backdrop, Langdon battles a chilling adversary and grapples with an ingenious riddle that pulls him into a landscape of classic art, secret passageways, and futuristic science. Drawing from Dante’s dark epic poem, Langdon races to find answers and decide whom to trust . . . before the world is irrevocably altered.

Great pick. Dan Brown get so much hate thrown his way but these books are totally guilty pleasure reads for me. I love Robert Langdon and I love mysteries like these. Steve Berry is also awesome, though I have not kept up with that series as of late.
*squee!* I saw that Brown was coming out with a new book just a few days ago, but I complete forgot to add it to my TBR. Thanks for reminding me. >.< Let's hope this book is better than his last one, The Lost Symbol, and more like the beginning Langdon books. Raina @ The LUV’NV

I haven’t read this series, though I loved the movies. I hope you enjoy this one.
I’ve only read the first book in this series. Though it was so long ago I can barely remember it now! I’ll need to catch up soon I reckon as this one sounds brilliant. Great pick, Bonnie. 🙂
Seeing this makes me want to read the original book! Haha. Love the choice.

This is the second time I saw this one on the blogosphere. I haven’t read any of Dan Brown’s novels, but this sounds REALLY interesting. Can this series be read out of order?
I didn’t even know he was coming out with another Langdon book! I’ve read the first two and I still need to read The Lost Symbol, but this one sounds like it’ll be really good! I love the Divine Comedy and I’m interested to see what he can do with it.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and great pick!
I’ve never read Dan Brown but I’m not against the idea of trying and this book does look really interesting. I might have to look into starting this series. Excellent pick, dearest! Thanks for dropping by! xxx
Great pick; I’ll add it to my list.
People love to knock Dan Brown by I really enjoy his books. I like the ones that aren’t the most famous (The Digital Fortress is great). So this will definitely go on my TBR list. Thanks for stopping by!
Thanks to everyone who visited! I usually reply back to everybody individually but apparently my comment section is broke because it won’t let me. Sorry!
Cool – I’ve read the first two books and they were quite fun reads. It’s impressive, the stuff he can come up with! Thanks for taking the time to stop by my blog earlier!
I only read the first book, but really enjoyed it. I really should catch up on the series. Great pick!!
I haven’t read the books in this series, but I have watched the movies. Which is weird, because I *love* these types of stories. I’ll have to get to them.
