Today’s post features one of my favorite Middle Grade series ever. Today’s post also happens to be my longest post title to date. πŸ™‚Β
Another fabulous sounding story, another eye-catching cover, and a title with many, many words, today I feature:

Expected publication: October 8th 2013 by Feiwel & Friends

β€œOne of the most extraordinary works of fantasy, fo radults or children, published so far this century.”—TIME Magazine, on the Fairyland series

September misses Fairyland and her friends Ell, the Wyverary, and the boy Saturday. She longs to leave the routines of home, and embark on a new adventure. Little does she know that this time, she will be spirited away to the moon, reunited with her friends, and find herself faced with saving Fairyland from a moon-Yeti with great and mysterious powers.

Here is another rich, beautifully told, wisely humorous, and passionately [layered] book from New York Times-bestselling author, Catherynne M. Valente.

Cat Valente is an amazing author and I eagerly await the next installment, always. πŸ™‚

I am really starting to hunt down great middle grade titles these days as my kids are getting close to that age level. I remember vaguely seeing this series last year and I know you have great taste Bonnie!

I’m not the biggest fan of middle grade books, but I’ve heard such great things about this series, I will have to check it out sometime!

I still have to read book two, but I absolutely adored book one and I love these covers to death. It’s an awesome series.
